Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026. These terms govern software design, development, and architectural deliverables provided by SoftLab Solution.
1. Full Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final milestone settlement, 100% full intellectual property (IP), source code repositories, database schemas, and media assets belong completely and exclusively to the client. SoftLab Solution retains zero proprietary hold or hidden recurring per-seat licensing fees.
2. Transparent Milestone-Based Execution
All software engineering projects follow clear, pre-agreed phases:
- Phase 1: Architecture Specification & Database Schema Design.
- Phase 2: Core Engineering, UI Build, and API Integrations.
- Phase 3: Quality Assurance, Security Audits, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Phase 4: Turnkey Sovereign Production Deployment to client-owned hosting.
3. Sovereign Cloud Deployments
Software is deployed directly to your designated cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, Supabase, or private VPS). You maintain master administrative ownership, billing sovereignty, and database access at all times.
4. Warranty & Post-Launch Bug Fixes
Every custom software deployment includes a dedicated post-launch stabilization warranty covering any deviations from signed functional specifications. Ongoing maintenance agreements are optionally available for continuous scaling.
